CREDIT CARD COMPARISON
It is always important to do a credit card comparison to make sure that you get the card you like, and the card you can afford.
First of all compare the intro and regular APR rates for the similar offers. Locate the ones that have the lowest interest rates. If you are going to transfer balance from your current credit card account(s) you may tend to pick the offer with the very low, if not 0%, introductory APR and somewhat low regular APR. For example, you will find that Bank of America Rewards, American Express, Bank of America Visa, Bank of American World Points Platinum Plus, and Bank of America World MC with World Points all have the same rate of 7.9% APR and have no annual fee*. This is a good thing, especially since the finance charges are low, the APR is low. You most likely will pay almost what you spent even if you carry a small balance for a few months. Normally, individuals with good credit history will easily get approved with these cards.
During your credit card comparison, you will find that Advanta Business Platinum with Business Rewards, Advanta Business Platinum with Cash Back Bonus and Pulaski Bank Card have the same rate of 7.99% APR*. However, they don not have the same annual fees. The Advanta cards have no annual fees* while the Pulaski credit card has an annual fee of 35 dollars*. The annual fees can be paid at once or in 12 installments. Comparing these offers, make sure that the annual fee that you will pay if you get approved for the card will be worth the benefits you receive. Else try to avoid cards with annual fees whenever you can. Although you have to remember that sometimes the cheapest way is not the right way and you will have to learn more about the offer with an annual fee to make the right decision.
If comparing credit cards of your choice, you run into hard questions try to research internet and see what people have to say about the cards you may be considering. Make sure that you understand every detail about these offers and don not hesitate to call the issuer and ask questions. They will tip you off about the current offers and will help you understand the differences between the line of similar cards within their company or even other companies.
